CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SCHEDULED TRAININGS

  • Minimum Attendance Requirement: We reserve the right to cancel any training 10 days prior to the first day of the scheduled training if it does not meet its minimum attendance requirement of 6 participants.
  • Unforeseen Events: We reserve the right to cancel any training up to 24 hours before the first day of the scheduled training if something occurs beyond our control, such as severe weather, national disaster, sudden illness, or death.
  • Refund: In the event that we cancel a training, participants will receive their choice of either a full refund of their registration fees or re-enrollment for an alternate training date.


PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Participants may cancel their registration up to 3 business days prior to the first day of the scheduled training. Grace is given in the event of serious emergencies such as severe weather, national disaster, sudden illness, or death.
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing directed to [email protected]. 
  • Participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
