COMPLAINTS & GRIEVANCES PROCESS

If concerns arise while you are participating in a self-paced continuing education course, please address your concerns in writing as appropriate:

  • Content-related concerns: Please contact your CE course trainer. Your course trainer's contact information is provided in the introduction chapter of your CE course.
  • Technology-related concerns: Please contact our administrative staff at [email protected].

If the trainer or our staff are unable to address a participant's concerns, the complaints and grievances should be presented in writing to Christopher Floro, Founder, Thrive Training & Publications, LLC.

Our approach in resolving grievances is always from the perspective of what is in the best interest of the participant. 

All complaints and grievances are reviewed within 5 working days. Formal grievances are required to be written and emailed to [email protected]
