CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Participants may cancel their registration for a self-paced virtual course at any time prior to beginning the course content. Registration fees will be refunded in full. 

Due to the nature of a self-paced course, participants who have begun viewing the course content are not eligible to receive a refund.

Our CE courses include closed captioning. 

If you need additional ADA accommodations to complete one of our self-paced virtual courses, please contact us at [email protected]. 

We regret that we are currently unable to provide Braille translations for our CE courses.
